Abstract

The objective of this article is to know and investigate the characteristics of performance evaluation in the university context, from a constructivist perspective. Through a qualitative approach, a systematic literature review was carried out. The intervention instrument used was the Proknow-C, which enabled the elaboration of Bibliographic Portfolio (BP) through the selection of 67 articles. The analysis and discussion of results was carried out in three stages: (i) Map of Literature; (ii) Bibliometric Analysis; and (iii) Systemic Analysis. The construction of the Literature Map shows that the predominance of studies addressing elements of measurement and performance evaluation models. The Bibliometric analysis found that most of the articles in the BP did not make use of the theoretical contribution of Organizational Performance Assessment (ADO) with regard to metrics. Regarding the Systemic Analysis, there was a misalignment between the evaluation made in the BP studies and the ADO concept defined for the study, allowing reflections on the benefits of using adapted models that do not consider the uniqueness of the University and the participation of the managers.
