Abstract: This text is a review of the book Reflective Practice of Management Actions: a way to promote health and well-being without losing sight of productivity, by José Carlos Zanelli and Andreia Costa Tostes. The objective is to present the work and point out its main contributions to the development of managers. The book's proposal, on the other hand, is about teaching students and professionals a program for developing leaders from reflection to managerial action. Initially, it describes the professional experience of the authors, regarding the proposal of the book. Afterwards, the book's constitutive parts are explained, pointing out the theoretical-methodological path adopted. Finally, the work is appreciated by presenting the book's advances in its ethical-political vision, indicating the public that can benefit from reading and signaling the importance of a guide book for human development managers and consultants.
