Robotic Connection: A Startup que Democratizou a Robótica

This teaching case presents the trajectory of a startup in the field of teaching robotics, which, through the perspective of the CEO and the founding partner, exposes the main difficulties that have arisen since the creation of the business. Its objectives are to provide a reflection on the importance of entrepreneurship; understand how the company fits into a business model with disruptive characteristics; and analyze what makes the company a creative economy. The application of the case is recommended for undergraduate and graduate courses, specifically in administration and related areas. It should be used as teaching material in disciplines that address content such as entrepreneurship, innovation, creative economy, disruptive economy or organizational practice. In a practical way, the case contributes to bring students closer to realities that happen within the organization. The story portrayed in this case addresses a real situation of creating a business and the problems they faced along the way.
