This teaching case reports the path of Moschetti Embalagens in adapting to the crisis scenario caused by the coronavirus pandemic, giving a special focus on how the company's networking capabilities (NC) were fundamental at that time. In a period when unfortunately many businesses face major problems and not all of them survived, the ability to develop relationships and partnerships, practiced over the years with their suppliers and customers, were essential in reducing the negative effects, ensuring the organization certain stability and good production. The case can be used in undergraduate or graduate courses, in disciplines that aim to stimulate discussions about NCs and their effects on company performance. It can also be used to discuss the role of collaboration in times of crisis.
