The pandemic of COVID-19 affected globally several activities and services, among them the educational sector was one of the most affected, which caused an abrupt migration from classroom classes to Emergency Remote Learning. Within this perspective, the objective of the present article was to evaluate student satisfaction with the subjects offered by management courses at a public university during the pandemic period. A coleta de dados se deu por meio de uma survey on line, valendo as análises de dados por meio das técnicas de estatística descritiva e regressão linear múltipla. Os resultados evidenciaram que, em geral, os alunos demonstraram satisfação com o ensino on line. The aspects evaluated were teaching performance in the subject, teaching methodology, general satisfaction and subject content. The latter represented the highest satisfaction average. The regression analysis indicated that the teaching methodology had considerable influence on the overall satisfaction. Thus, it was observed that the institution was able to face the challenges imposed, so that its educational services were developed in order to overcome the situation of public health crisis. A factor that may have contributed to this was its physical and technological infrastructure, in addition to trained teachers.
