During the undergraduate period, students go through the process of developing professional skills that occur through supervised internships that tend to contribute to the improvement of skills and alignment of theory versus practice. In view of this, the objective of the study is to analyze how the administrator's skills built within the course are reflected within the internships. To this end, qualitative research was carried out in line with a single case. Regarding data collection, semi-structured interviews were used based on the theoretical framework. To process the data, the content analysis technique was used, with transcriptions of the interviews, filtering, organization and thematic categorization of the data. The main results indicate that students consider the course approach to be managerialism and critical-reflective, aligning the management logic of administration in teaching together with the encouragement and development of critical and reflective thinking in the face of problem situations. It was observed that the skills are not fully developed, in some cases it is possible to see difficulties on the part of the course in approaching and developing some skills, but in many cases the reality of internships and company practices make it difficult for the full professional development of the student.
