Dilemmas in the relationship professor-student

The proposed case aims to discuss a dilemma that exists in the decision-making of an academic manager in the university environment faced with a conflict between a professor and his classes. The case is based on theoretical knowledge about conflict management and generational conflict, covering the theoretical axis on important themes that the context of the case requires, such as teaching and learning methodologies and the challenges of the job market for the elderly.
